Backup Plus DVD Edition comes with its own CD/DVD burning engine and does not require pre formatting for any CD or DVD media used in backup operations, nor does it require any third party packet writing software. Backup Plus DVD Edition comes complete with the easy to use and Explorer like Restore Manager for quick restore operations in case of a computer disaster. It also comes with the configurable Timed Backups Manager, allowing you to set timed backup operations to happen from every hour to every 30 days without the need for you to do anything!
Other features include full detailed backup reports, easy testing of created backups to ensure restore operations, tracking of backups and even email settings to allow automatic backup report email to be sent when a backup is completed.
