the coordinates of the mouse cursor and about the value of the color
of any screen pixel. It's a very useful utility for designers and
programmers who need to know the exact value of the colors on the
screen. TrayPicker can be placed on the desktop as a floating window
or as a tray-based information panel. It work in two modes: as an
information panel in the status area or as a floating window.
