Unlock an Access MDE database allowing design changes to be made to forms and reports. Functionallity changes can be made by using macros. Also allows creation of new forms and reports.
Note: VBA modules remain compiled and locked.
This program is most suitable for Access 2000 and above databases. Access 97 databases are only partially supported.
